G3 Production

When the Malay Regiment was at its strongest, 27 battalions were formed. At present, two battalions of the Malay Regiment are parachute trained and while another battalion has converted into a mechanized infantry battalion.The rest were light infantries.

The Regiment’s crest was designed with a pair of tigers, supporting an Oriental Crown.

They are made up of volunteers from the Malays in Singapore and they were also part of the Malaysian armed force.

They were loyal towards Singapore and their perseverance were simply astonishing to us but they failed. though they failed, they have help us throughout the war.
