G3 Production

I will be posting the problems that we encountered during the project and how we solve them by tomorrow, or by today.

However, I hope all of you or some of you can post comments under this post so that this catergory can be improved.

1) Communication problems – Sometimes, we cannot contact each other as we had different activites after school like CCA .

 How we solve it : We meet online at a certain time, on msn messenger and discuss about our project.We also used this project blog as a discussion place.

2) Time management – We cannot finish our project on time and some members don’t seem to be posting any posts or doing their roles at all.

How we solve it : We send messages to each others to remind them about their roles and we use various ways like email and project blog to send datelines about the work that they are supposed to finish their job or help them to do some parts of their work.

3) Lack of information on what each of us are supposed to do : sometimes we do not know what we are supposed to do, for example : This presentation’s contents.

How we solve it : We ask for information from other groups and check the class blog reguarly for information about our task.
